National Community Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and accessible family healthcare to our community.

 

We offer general medicine and primary care services for individuals and families, including medical consultations, routine check-ups, preventive care, health education, and guidance to help every patient maintain their health and well-being at every stage of life.

As part of our commitment to prevention, we also provide HIV and STD testing, PrEP for HIV prevention, vaccinations, patient support, and connections to assistance programs and community resources.

 

Our Non-Profit Mission is to provide welcoming, confidential, and compassionate care, regardless of insurance status, income, or background, while helping build healthier individuals, families, and communities.
